Agency Funds

Agency funds are created by other non-profit 501(c)(3)s with Onward! for managing long-term funds, such as endowments and other strategic projects.

Current Agency Funds with Onward!

Eight non-profits invest with Onward!

Non-profit organizations can either create an agency fund or an agency endowment fund.

  • The Heart to Heart Fund

    Established June 2007

    This fund provides quality investment returns to support the primary missions of pregnancy counseling to women and assisting mothers of newborn children.

  • The Axis Health System Fund

    Established June 2009

    This fund provides additional funding to support their integrated health system services, including their traditional behavioral health services with primary care, wellness, and healthy lifestyle services. Visit Axis Health's website for more information on the services they offer in the four corners area.

  • The Southwest Memorial Hospital Foundation Fund

    Established December 2013

    This fund was created by the Southwest Memorial Hospital Foundation to support foundation programs benefiting the Montezuma County communities.

  • Four Corners Child Advocacy Center Fund

    Established May 2018

    Supports the work at the FCCAC in Cortez, Colorado which is to strengthen our community's response to child abuse and neglect through prevention, intervention, education, and advocacy.

  • Galloping Goose Historical Society Fund

    Established January 2019

    Supports the work of the Galloping Goose Historical Society.

  • Montezuma Heritage Museum Fund

    Established December 2020

    This fund was created to support the operating costs of the museum.

  • Bridge Emergency Shelter Fund

    Established November 2021

    Supports the mission of the Bridge Emergency Shelter to provide shelter for people experiencing homelessness.

  • The K-9 Search and Rescue Team Fund

    Established January 2026

    This fund was created to support the work of the K-9 Search and Rescue Team, Inc.
